Baking Instructions
You will need: 1 cup whipping cream, baking sheet, floured cutting board, 2-inch biscuit cutter.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl, combine biscuit mix with whipping cream. Gently mix until a sticky dough forms.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead about 10 times, until no longer sticky.

Scoop dough with a large spoon and place on baking sheet, or pat dough into a 1-inch thick circle and cut with a floured biscuit cutter.

Press unused dough together and repeat until you have about 10–12 biscuits.

Bake 10–12 minutes, until lightly browned. Serve warm.
