Troyer’s Homemade Quick Rise Pizza Dough Mix
Create fresh, homemade pizza with this easy-to-use dough mix. Makes two thin-crust pizzas or one large crust with a crisp, chewy bite.
Baking Instructions
You will need: 1 cup warm water, 2–3 TB olive oil, baking sheet, parchment paper.

Combine mix and yeast packet.

Add warm water and olive oil; mix until dough forms.

Knead 8–10 times until smooth.

Cover and let rest 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Press dough onto parchment, add toppings, and bake 15–17 minutes until done.
