Troyer’s Cinnamon Sugar Tea Cake
A moist, bakery-style coffee cake with a rich cinnamon sugar swirl. Perfect for dessert, brunch, or a sweet afternoon treat.
Baking Instructions
You will need: parchment or wax paper, 1/3 cup + 1 TB oil, 1 large egg, 1 cup milk, 9×5 loaf pan.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pan and line with parchment.

Mix dry ingredients. Set aside sugar packet.

Combine egg, oil, and milk; add to dry ingredients.

Pour half batter into pan, sprinkle with half cinnamon sugar.

Repeat layers and swirl with knife.

Bake 45–50 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool, then remove and slice.
