Baking Instructions
You will need: 1 cup warm water, 2 TB olive oil (plus extra for bowl), parchment paper, large baking sheet.

Pour mix into a large bowl and add the yeast packet. Stir well.

Add warm water and olive oil; mix until dough comes together.

Turn onto floured surface and knead 15–20 times until smooth and elastic.

Lightly oil a bowl, place dough inside, turn to coat, cover, and let rise 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.

Roll dough into a rectangle. Cut into finger-width strips.

Stretch strips to baking sheet length and place in rows.

Brush with water and sprinkle with kosher salt, cracked black pepper, or sesame seeds.

Bake 12–14 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on rack.
