Troyer’s Pancake & Waffle Mix
A versatile breakfast mix that makes fluffy pancakes or crisp golden waffles. Easy to prepare and perfect for family breakfasts or weekend brunch.
Baking Instructions
For Pancakes
You will need: 1¼ cups milk, 1 egg, 3 TB butter (melted)

Mix milk, egg, and butter.

Combine with mix until just blended.

Cook on greased skillet over medium-high heat, browning both sides.

Makes 8–12 pancakes.
For Waffles
You will need: 1¼ cups milk, 2 eggs, ½ stick butter (melted)

Mix wet ingredients, then combine with mix.

Pour batter into preheated waffle iron and cook until golden.

Makes 6–8 waffles.
